About "Chirps"

"CHIRPS" is the monthly newsletter that is sent to all C.B.C. members. Each issue is packed with timely information of interest to C.B.C. members including:

• Information about the date, time, location and program topic of the upcoming monthly meeting.
• Updates on pending events and field trips.
• Information on the biology and life history of bird species.
• Bird watching and bird feeding tips and information.
• Occasionally a puzzle or a word game of one kind or another involving the names and habits of birds.
• Results of bird count and other C.B.C. projects.

NEXT MEETING:

Date: Monday, July 20, 2026

Time: 6:30 PM Bird Walk followed by our annual picnic (rain or shine - there is a shelter house)

Program: Pot luck picnic - Urbans are making Bar-b-q and Sue Vick is making buns. Please bring your own beverage, a chair, a plate and a dish to pass. (Cups and plastic ware will be provided.)

Location: Medford School Forest, 2261 HWY 64, Medford, WI 54451 - approximately 8 miles east of Highway 13/64 intersection and just east of where Highway C turns north. Driveway is located on the south side of Highway 64
